Glimpse: Short Movie Competition

This is a sign up form for the "Golden Frame: Short Movie Competition". The registration starts from February 18, 2018 and ends in March 31, 2018 by 5 pm (C.S.T). You should make a payment of $10 from given paypal link.

Basic Guidelines of event (Read Carefully)

Basic rules for event:

1) If video of even 1 sec longer than 10 minutes, their submission will be invalid. If they submit such video, their video will be disqualified without refund.

2) The video should not be promoting drug abuse, hatred towards people, religion, country etc and religious endorsement. Upon happening such, their submission will be invalid.

3) The video can be submitted after 5pm of Feb 18, 2018 by paying $10 through isccecu.blogspot.com. If video is submitted after 11:59 pm of March 25-March 30, 2018 to, the participants will pay $20 the entry fee.

4) Participants will be able to view their video online and share the link of the video to increase their vote after 11:59 PM of April 1 to 11:59 pm of April 7, 2018.

5) The results will be announced only in April 15, 2018. So, at least one of the representative among the participant of each video should be able to come to the event by 1:30pm of 15th of April.

6) If the video is made in different languages, then it must contain English subtitles.

7) The video can be animated and or filmed but in April 15, 2018 at least one of the person from the video should be present. Unable to make an appearance will lead to disqualification.

8) If the same video is uploaded twice then only the recent submission will be accepted for any more submission, there will not be any refund.

9) While voting online, voters are compelled to vote for 2 different videos. The voting link will be available after 11:59 PM of April 1. Out of Top10, Top5 will be selected by the highest number of vote received and they will be selected as finalist.

10) Remaining Top5 will be selected by different judges and held for the competition at April 15, 2018 in Ataloa Theatre, where all the participants must be present because the Top10 finalist will not be announced till that day.

11) Winners will be selected by different judges from different university and related work field. 1st, 2nd and 3rd will receive $500, $300 and $200 cash prize respectively. More than that, they will also receive different rewards from our sponsors. Other remaining participants will receive the participant certificate. Some of the video may be nominated for different categories i.e. Best Act, Best Message and Best Cinematography.

 

Note:

If we have lees than 20 videos submitted then, there will be only 1st and 2nd for the competition. But if we have less than 15 videos submitted then only 1st and 2nd will be receiving the prize and everything will depend upon the judge decision and it means there will not be any online voting. 

Upon less number of videos submitted, the due date for the submission may be increased as per decision of organiser. 

Terms and Conditions

The video uploaded by the participant can be used by the event host for their personal benefit, which includes public viewing and earning money. Event host will not be responsible for any of the claims, copyright issues and anything related to the video. Once you have paid an entry fee, there won’t be any refund at any cost. And you should also follow the basic guidelines of the event.
